Terms

• Service: one senior developer per subscription — Web (€1,000/mo) or App (€1,500/mo). Unlimited request queue, one active task at a time, async + weekly demo.
• Payment: recurring monthly via Stripe (card/SEPA). First payment starts matching; dev joins within 48h.
• Pause/cancel: pause monthly or cancel anytime via Stripe portal or email. Effective end of billing period. No refunds for elapsed time; you keep all code and IP.
• IP + confidentiality: all work = work-for-hire, IP assigned to client on payment. Mutual NDA by default.
• Swap: free dev swap within the first 14 days.
• Launch pricing: while the launch offer is active, Web is €1,000/mo and App is €1,500/mo, VAT included (regular €2,000 / €2,500). Afterwards standard pricing applies.
