Terms

• Service: dedicated developer time (day 8h / week 40h / month 160h full or 80h part). No fixed-price deliverables except audit pack.
• Payment: prepaid per cycle via Stripe. Start only after payment. Auto-renew until paused/cancelled (2 days notice day/week, monthly for month).
• Rollover/refund: unused hours roll to next cycle (up to 20%) or refunded if engagement ends with balance.
• IP + confidentiality: all work = work-for-hire, IP assigned to client on payment. Mutual NDA by default.
• Replacement: free replacement request within 14 days of start for mis-hire.
